We offer a limited 30-day return policy for eligible items.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and not installed

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Any product that has been installed, mounted, modified, or used in any way is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Installation & Custom Products (Non-Returnable)

All installed sleeper units and any custom-built or modified products are final sale.

Due to the nature of installation and customization, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once:

  • Installation has started or been completed

  • The product has been altered or customized

  • The product has been used or mounted in a vehicle


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@schansleepers.com with photos and description of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Used or modified items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible, you may return it and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
